Van Derhoof Physical Therapy is a concierge physical therapy home care practice that has been providing highly personalized physical therapy services in the Washington, DC area for over two decades. The company’s founder, Ali Thomas, MSPT and her husband, Glenn Thomas, PTA, CPT are personally involved in the evaluation, treatment and progress of all of their clients. Ali and Glenn have created a program that includes the necessary therapies, services, equipment, education and training that individuals, their families and their caregivers need to keep their clients “moving into life”. Therapies and related services are provided in your home for the most nurturing setting possible.
